Since I whittled away at it on and off over the past few days, I can only estimate on time spent... a few good hours though, I'm sure.

Messing with shading... I know what I have to do to make a proper shadow, but I'm afraid of doing it, for some reason. The scanner cut off around an inch on one side, including the light source. Maybe I'll remedy that later.
